It uses light, rhythmic, and slow movements to encourage lymph circulation and drainage, which is particularly beneficial for managing lymphedema, aiding post-surgery recovery, and promoting overall well-being. Key aspects include its gentle technique, the importance of post-massage hydration, and potential, temporary side effects like fatigue or headache.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours before appointment time. NO EXCEPTIONS. The booking site will allow you to cancel or reschedule your appointment before the 24 hour time frame begins. However, If we have to manually cancel your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service fee or one prepaid package. WE REPEAT, If you are no longer able to cancel or reschedule your appointment online you will be charged 100% of your service or one prepaid package. If you are within the 24 hour period and want to reschedule instead of cancel, We will allow you to re-book your appointment over the phone for $70 paid during the time of re-booking. Please do not text in your cancellation. If we are unable to answer please leave a message with the time and date you'd like to re-book. We will reach out to you as soon as we can. * APPOINTMENTS BOOKED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SERVICE WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF SERVICE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING- FOR CANCELATIONS OR RE-BOOKING LESS THAN 3 HOURS FROM SERVICE $100 REBOOKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED. CANCELATIONS WILL HAVE 48 HOURS TO RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENT OR RECEIVE A GIFT CARD TO AVOID LOSS OF PAYMENT. WITHIN 3 HOURS OF SERVICE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED 100% OF THEIR SERVICE, AND REQUIRED TO RE-BOOK THEIR SERVICE ONLINE IF CANCELLATION IS NECESSARY When we arrive at your designated location for the appointment, we will contact you via text and/or call to the number we have on file. If we do not receive a response to our arrival message or call, we will wait for 15 minutes. If there is still no response after that time, the appointment will be marked as a no-show, and 100% of service will be charged to your credit/debit card. Appointments are reserved through our booking site and require credit card to hold with $70 deposit. After the service is completed, you can pay the rest of the amount in person using all major credit cards or cash. All clients fill out and sign intake forms for client record keeping. Intake form is filled out during the time of booking Draping procedures are performed on all clients.
