Membership Terms & Policies

Thank you for choosing Zira Massage as part of your wellness and self-care routine. Our membership plans are designed to help you make regular massage therapy a consistent part of your monthly wellness routine.

By enrolling in a Zira Massage Membership, you agree to the following membership terms and policies.

1. Membership Plans

Relax — $100/month

One (1) 60-minute massage session per month.
Six (6) month membership commitment.
Total membership commitment: $600.

Restore — $150/month

One (1) 90-minute massage session per month.
Six (6) month membership commitment.
Total membership commitment: $900.

Rejuvenate — $200/month

One (1) 120-minute massage session per month.
Six (6) month membership commitment.
Total membership commitment: $1,200.

All membership plans are billed monthly for six consecutive months.

2. Six-Month Commitment

All Zira Massage membership plans require a six (6) month commitment.

Membership payments are due monthly according to the payment schedule established at enrollment. By enrolling, the member agrees to fulfill the six-month membership commitment.

Membership does not automatically continue beyond the initial six-month commitment unless the member chooses to enroll in a new membership term.

3. Monthly Massage Sessions

Each monthly membership payment includes one massage session corresponding to the member’s selected plan.

Membership sessions are intended to be used once per month and are subject to appointment availability.

Membership sessions are non-transferable and may only be used by the member enrolled in the plan.

4. No Rollover of Unused Sessions

Membership sessions must be used during the applicable membership month.

Unused sessions do not roll over to the following month and cannot be accumulated for future use.

Unused sessions are not redeemable for cash, credit, or other services.

5. Scheduling & Availability

All membership sessions require an appointment.

Members are encouraged to schedule their monthly appointment in advance to ensure their preferred date and time are available.

Because Zira Massage is a mobile massage business, appointment availability may vary based on location, travel time, schedule, and demand.

Membership does not guarantee availability on a specific date or time.

6. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be considered a used membership session for that month.

Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Zira Massage for genuine emergencies or circumstances beyond the member’s control.

7. Travel & Service Area

Membership services are available within Zira Massage’s designated mobile service area.

Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside the standard service area.

Any applicable travel fee will be communicated to the member before the appointment is confirmed.

8. Membership Perks

Members may receive exclusive perks, special offers, complimentary enhancements, birthday benefits, seasonal promotions, or other special experiences throughout their membership.

Membership perks may vary by plan, occasion, availability, and promotional period.

Perks are subject to change and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit unless otherwise stated.

9. Membership Payments

Membership payments are processed monthly using the payment method provided at enrollment.

The member is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and ensuring that monthly payments are successfully processed.

If a payment fails, Zira Massage may contact the member to update their payment information and collect the outstanding membership payment.

10. Membership Cancellation

Because membership plans require a six-month commitment, members are expected to complete the full six-month term.

Requests to cancel before the end of the six-month commitment may be subject to the terms of the membership agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.

11. Membership Expiration

Membership benefits and included sessions expire at the end of the six-month membership term.

Unused sessions do not carry over after the membership expires.

12. Non-Transferable Membership

Memberships are personal to the individual who enrolled and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with another person.

13. Massage Therapy & Client Eligibility

Massage services are provided based on the client’s health history, intake information, and the therapist’s professional judgment.

Zira Massage reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline a massage session when the therapist determines that massage may not be appropriate or safe under the circumstances.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information on their intake form and communicating any changes in their health or circumstances before receiving massage therapy.

14. Respectful Professional Environment

Zira Massage is committed to providing a safe, professional, and respectful massage experience.

All services are strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate, sexual, or disrespectful behavior may result in termination of the appointment and/or membership.

15. Membership Pricing Changes

Zira Massage reserves the right to change membership pricing, services, benefits, or membership terms at any time.

Any pricing changes will apply to new memberships or membership renewals and will not affect the agreed-upon membership price during a member’s current six-month commitment, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law and the membership agreement.

16. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in a Zira Massage Membership, the member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Membership Terms & Policies.

Zira Massage reserves the right to update these policies from time to time. Members will be notified of material changes when applicable.
