Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: A 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment, with no penalty. If cancelled less than 24 hours before the session, unfortunately, you will still be charged for your session with no refund. But you can reschedule for free personally with Pauly at 832-779-6941. $25 reschedule fee will be due at the new massage appointment time, in person. Time is valuable. Thank you for understanding. All cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours before appointment time. To Be rescheduled without addtional fees- NO EXCEPTIONS. All services will be prepaid to book & secure appointment in our books. The booking site will allow you to cancel or reschedule your appointment before the 24 hour time frame begins. If we have to manually cancel your appointment you will be able to use your credit for your appointment up to 45 days after purchased service. WE REPEAT, If you are no longer able to cancel or reschedule your appointment online you will not recieve a refund- your credit will be available for 45 days after purchase. If you are within the 24 hour period and want to reschedule instead of cancel, We will allow you to re-book your appointment over the phone for $25 paid during the time of re-booking. Please do not text in your cancellation. If we are unable to answer please leave a message with the time and date you'd like to re-book. We will reach out to you as soon as we can. * APPOINTMENTS BOOKED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SERVICE WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF SERVICE. ANY NO SHOWS MADE UNDER THE ALLOWED TIME (24 hours before appointment time) will BE CHARGED 50% OF SERVICE FEE 15 MINUTES AFTER MISSED APPOINTMENT TIME. We will call at 10 minutes after your appointment time to confirm your location. THE THERAPIST RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DISCONTINUE ANY SESSION DUE TO INAPPROPRIATE INNUENDOS OR BEHAVIORS.
